Joint Declaration for a Bold FP10: Investing in Research, Development and Innovation to Boost European Productivity and Competitiveness

A Joint Declaration signed by European associations representing key research, development and innovation (RD&I) stakeholders calls on EU Institutions to act with commensurate ambition in designing and funding the next Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP10). It calls for a substantially increased FP10 budget, a strengthened Pillar II to reinforce collaborative, industry-driven RD&I, and for FP10, together with the European Competitiveness Fund (ECF), to support the full RD&I continuum – from fundamental research to deployment and scale-up.
