Call for Evidence on Simplification of Administrative Burdens in Environmental Legislation – our contribution

EUTurbines welcomes the European Commission’s efforts to simplify and streamline
regulatory processes while maintaining high environmental standards and enabling the energy
transition. In this context we request to include a modification of the Industrial Emission
Directive (IED) Annex V in the Environmental Omnibus, enabling a simplified and harmonised
permitting of hydrogen power plants in Europe.
