Position paper on Environmental omnibus – simplification of administrative burdens in environmental legislation

EUTurbines and ETN Global welcome the European Commission’s efforts to simplify environmental legislation and reduce administrative burdens. This Position Paper sets out the associations’ views on the proposed adjustments to NOₓ provisions for hydrogen combustion and the streamlining of Environmental Management System requirements under the IED.
